Application and Safety Notes
- The covered gauges are factory-calibrated for nitrogen. Measurements and relay setpoints for other gases require the Granville-Phillips conversion data supplied in the manual.
- Do not use the module to measure flammable or explosive gases.
- Proper grounding of the module and vacuum system is required.
- The electronics-attached non-operating bakeout limit is 85°C. With the electronics removed, the gauge-tube bakeout limit is 150°C.
- Operation between 1 × 10^-4 and 1 × 10^-3 Torr requires periodic zero verification below 1 × 10^-5 Torr.
