Current-signal grounding warning
The high-impedance flow and setpoint ground conductors are not designed to sink current-loop signals. For mA operation, connect the mA grounds to power ground and bond the readout’s high-impedance grounds to that same power ground. Compatible Brooks instruments normally make this connection at the meter or controller end.
Legacy replacement relationship
Brooks no longer offers the 0152/0154 series for sale and identifies the 0250 Series as its replacement. Model 0254 is the current four-channel counterpart, and Brooks offers 0254 mounting provisions that can retrofit an existing 0152/0154 installation. Electrical configuration and cabling must still be checked before substitution.
